The floor should be cleaned regularly to keep it free of dust and oil. 4. Work shoes and uniforms should be kept neat and clean, without any scribbles or markings. 5. Do not spit anywhere or throw trash carelessly; pick up trash immediately and dispose of it properly. 8. Eating is not allowed during working hours, including breakfast or snacks. 9. Good personal hygiene should be maintained. 10. Stationery and documents on desks should be organized neatly. 11. Desks, computers, and other office equipment should be kept clean. 12. Only necessary items should be kept. 13. Trash should be disposed of promptly.
Safety 1. Hazardous materials should be clearly labeled. 2. There should be no items piled up in front of safety exits. 3. Fire extinguishers should be placed in designated locations and in working condition. 4. There should be no items placed in front of or below fire hydrants. 5. The amount of flammable materials kept should be within acceptable limits. 6. All fire-fighting equipment should be in working condition. 7. Ensure that no items block pathways. 8. Switches and usage of large equipment such as air conditioners and elevators should be managed by designated personnel or governed by specific rules. 9. Check for any abnormalities in power supplies, wiring, switches, and sockets. 10. Illegal operations are strictly prohibited. 11. Measures should be taken to prevent items from toppling over. 12.
