Phosphorus trichloride filling device

A large amount of phosphorus trichloride is used in the company; it is currently added to the reaction vessel by using vacuum to draw it out from the storage tank. The problem is that vacuum extraction places heavy pressure on environmental protection, results in high water consumption, and makes wastewater treatment difficult ； Moreover, it is prone to posing significant risks due to exposure to moisture (the company has experienced two instances of heat release as a result of moisture exposure). I wonder if there are any colleagues in this forum who have experience in this area and could share their insights, so as to minimize the use of vacuum while still meeting environmental and safety requirements. Is there a mature refueling system that can be used?
