Someone has summarized the six skills of quality professionals, four types of occupations, one focus, three responsibilities, management objectives, and the essence of management. I’d like to share this with everyone here. Six skills: Morality (professional ethics, bottom lines) Competence (management skills, knowledge base, operational skills) Processes (the entire process of product creation, including organizational structure, job responsibilities, and business details) Details (the specific requirements to be met at each stage) Collaboration (how important are various details within the processes?) ) Communication (activities centered on the individual, carried out to achieve unity and coordination among all elements at various levels). Four professions Physician: Correcting issues and prescribing the right treatment ； Lecturer: Promotes quality awareness through training and education, and teaches quality control skills ； Advisor: Develop quality management tools, define objectives, plans, measures, etc ； Prophet: Identify and control potential quality issues throughout the process to ensure prevention. A focus on the customer: Centering on customer needs, accurately identifying their requirements, and meeting and exceeding those needs. Three responsibilities: Being responsible to customers, being responsible to the company, and being responsible to top management (without violating laws and regulations or professional ethics).
