Does the material of the internal floating disk seal capsule need to be flame-retardant?

Hello everyone. I’m wondering whether the rubber covering on the outside of the internal floating disk seal capsule, as well as the filler (sponge) inside it, need to be treated to be flame-retardant. Are there any relevant standards regarding this? Let’s discuss it together!
At present, there are no special requirements. Some companies, in order to meet environmental emission standards, provide nitrogen gas protection for the floating disk seal tanks to reduce the generation and evaporation of oil and gas. Tongue-shaped seal strips are commonly used for sealing, to avoid oil accumulation due to aging during the use of sponges.
