I’d like to ask the experts out there: what information should be displayed on the walls in a chemical plant’s DCS control room? Does anyone have a detailed list?
This depends on the needs, including corresponding company policies, emergency response plans, notice boards, certificate display boards, and so on.
The DCS management system, inspection systems, job responsibilities, etc., will all be available for display
The main things we display on the wall include: process flow diagrams, process cards, key control points, and job responsibilities
As mentioned above, it ultimately depends on the leader’s preferences
