To implement the construction standards for equipment integrity management in the Refining, Chemicals, and New Materials subsidiary and overcome the bottlenecks in equipment management efficiency, Jinzhou Petrochemical has launched a comprehensive initiative to improve the precise management of its equipment. In response to current challenges such as weak basic equipment management and inadequate maintenance strategies, Jinzhou Petrochemical takes targeted actions in areas including basic equipment documentation, operational risk management, maintenance strategies, and the identification and resolution of potential hazards, striving to shift equipment management from reactive repair to proactive prevention. To address bottleneck issues that hinder long-term operation, such as equipment blockages and excessive vibration in pumps, technical personnel carry out research and development efforts, improve specialized maintenance standards, and ensure accurate basic data on the equipment, controllable operational risks, and optimized maintenance strategies. In addition, Jinzhou Petrochemical also actively explores and introduces new technologies such as optimization of the injection systems in atmospheric and vacuum distillation units. It organizes specialized efforts to improve high-energy-consuming equipment, formulates optimized operation plans, and effectively enhances the energy efficiency of these devices. It is reported that this event will continue until the end of the year. Jinzhou Petrochemical will use this improvement in equipment management as a starting point, and through comprehensive measures such as ensuring that management responsibilities are properly implemented, strengthening support for long-term operation, and advancing technical innovations to improve efficiency, it will enhance the level of refined equipment management in all aspects.
