Robust measures to strengthen responsibility: To ensure safe production in winter, this company enhances safety education for all employees, boosts their awareness through warnings, and strengthens their sense of the critical importance of safety and urgency in order to prevent various production accidents and improve the level of execution in work. It also improves management at the production site to enhance the company’s development capabilities. By strictly adhering to the \"Ten Regulations\" for hazardous materials enterprises, ensuring that managers at both levels are on duty, and carrying out continuous inspections by employees, the company implements a system in which company leaders are responsible for departments, departments are responsible for teams, department heads are responsible for key production positions, and technical staff are responsible for critical equipment. Unplanned inspections are also conducted regularly. Since the facility began operations last August, the company has focused on detailed management; while ensuring the stable operation of natural gas, it has paid close attention to even the smallest details. It has carried out campaigns aimed at eliminating substandard practices and promoting clean and civilized production, with the goal of identifying all weaknesses in management and addressing issues related to poor quality, outdated equipment, and inefficiencies in natural gas operations. Since the onset of the cold winter, all employees of the company have taken action; through inspections at various work positions, teams, and departments, they have ensured that any problems of a \"low-quality, old-fashioned, or faulty\" nature have no place to hide. At the same time, in accordance with the principle of \"not letting minor issues persist and not delaying resolution of major issues,\" more than 30 problems and potential hazards of the type \"low quality, aging components, and defects\" were identified through self-inspections, and immediate corrective actions were taken, thereby laying a foundation for the stable operation of the company’s production processes as well as for improving efficiency and quality. Identifying weaknesses at the summary meeting: Conducting summaries after events is key to closed-loop management, and one must never slack off. Guan Changjun, the company’s chairman, emphasized at the regular production and operation meeting that managers at all levels should adhere to the \"Four-Have Working Method,\" ensuring a closed-loop management system with planned implementation, structured work plans, verification at each step, and post-action summaries. To promote the improvement of enterprise management, the production department conducts a summary analysis of natural gas operation on a monthly basis, thoroughly examines the problems that arise during production, and identifies weaknesses in order to carry out continuous improvements. It is reported that the company adopts a “four-have working method,” which effectively serves to guide, control, and manage production. Since the installation came online in August last year, departments such as equipment, safety, technology, and production have worked together to conduct multiple reviews of the production process. They have analyzed in detail the condition of the natural gas processing equipment and transportation vehicles, identifying the weaknesses and shortcomings in operations, as well as the areas where improvements should be made. This approach aims to continuously enhance standardization in safety management, with the goal of creating a new driving force for the advancement of the energy industry in Longjiang.
