Seeking advice from fellow experts: We are planning to set up a butane isomerization unit, and in order to reduce the steam and cooling energy consumption of the isobutane removal tower, we are considering converting this tower from a conventional distillation tower into a double-tower or multi-tower setup using differential pressure distillation. Please ask Haiyou to recommend typical devices of similar types that have operated successfully; contact via QQ: 173570015. The figure below shows the main parameters of the design; please, dear sailors, use your skills to assist with the simulation calculations. Theoretically, it should be able to save a lot of energy.
