Dear colleagues, does anyone know which domestic manufacturer is capable of producing the PTFE sleeves used in the distributors of the stripping towers at Stamicarbon in the Netherlands? The operating temperature is around 200 degrees. Additionally, I’m interested in knowing what material can be used as a substitute for the grade 1.7709 specified in German standards for the head bolts of such high-pressure equipment; which manufacturers can produce this material? I hope someone can help resolve this issue as it’s urgent. Thank you!
We use Dalian Jinzhong products here; give their company a call to ask!

The high-pressure urea treatment equipment is indeed supplied as a complete set by the Dalian factory; as for individual units needed by the poster, it is likely necessary to consult the equipment manufacturer. Or consult Nanjing Chemical Machinery. Our factory: Material of the main bolts: 35GrMOA; Sealing gaskets: Polytetrafluoroethylene. Additionally, regarding the former glory of urea production in China, I believe that these two materials can still be manufactured domestically. I hope you can arrive at an excellent manufacturer soon and share it with everyone. Furthermore, all the high-pressure pipes in our plant are of domestic manufacture. Three years since commissioning, the system has been operating at around 110% capacity ever since it stabilized; regular checks have been carried out on the pipe wall thickness as well as analyses of the liquid output from the stripping tower, and the data show that domestic-made pipes are also viable.
Thank you for providing the information; in the end, it was Dalian Songhai that provided it
