Has the noise from the distillation tower in my unit been much louder than usual recently? Which expert can analyze the factors that cause this phenomenon? ? ? ?
If the distillation tower is operating normally, it may be that the internal components of the tower are loose.
Have there been any changes in the processing volume and operating conditions?
No change; currently we assume that the tray has been overturned, which has raised the liquid level in the tower. The noise level has decreased, but the changes remain not significant. Are there any other ways to handle this?
Have there been any changes in the positions of all the inlet and outlet valves of the tower? So many days have passed – has the cause been found?

Changes in the tower’s pressure drop, changes in its separation efficiency, identification of abnormal noises, and the level of vibration can be used to preliminarily determine whether the trays have been displaced or if some internal components are loose
