During normal operation, the wastewater stripping tower received a feed with high water content and very low levels of cyclohexene, cyclohexane, and benzene; the temperature at the top of the tower and the temperature inside the tower were both above 100 degrees, with a difference of less than 5 degrees. The pressures at the top and in the middle of the tower are below 30 kPa. For the feed (with high water content and relatively high levels of cyclohexene, cyclohexane, and benzene), the temperatures at the top and in the middle of the tower are relatively low; these temperatures should be kept above 90 degrees. The pressure at the top and in the middle of the tower is very high; it can exceed 100 kPa in the middle of the tower and over 50 kPa at the top. Now there are problems: the feed water amount is high (it can basically be considered pure water), the steam consumption is much lower; the temperature in the middle section is above 100 degrees, and the pressure is high, above 80 kPa. The temperature at the top of the tower is low, ranging from 60–70 degrees, or even as low as 30 degrees. The feed temperature is around 50 degrees. The pressure at the top of the tower is also high, above 50 kPa. Now, in the aqueous phase, it reaches less than the bottom of the tower, in very small amounts. (Normally, the oil phase goes to the reflux tank after distillation, while the water phase goes to the bottom of the tower.) ) The wastewater cannot be discharged properly.
Is the tray clogged? Does it need to be cleaned?
Through the two-phase separation of the overflowing oil, controlling the boundary point should be very important

If there is non-condensable gas, the pressure is high; the oil phase cannot evaporate, and oil remains in the bottom of the tower. But now almost all of the water phase has evaporated, and the amount of steam produced is also much less than before; this isn’t acceptable either
It’s okay without steam; the water has reached the bottom of the tower, but it’s easy for oil to be carried along, resulting in wastewater that does not meet the standards
There is no condenser at the top of the tower; the gas phase pipeline is connected to the condenser. For substances that cannot be condensed, a vacuum pump is used to remove them from the condenser, thereby controlling the pressure
