Leak in the water cooler at the top of the methanol regeneration tower

Hello everyone, has your company ever experienced leaks in the tower top water cooler of the methanol regeneration tower? What are the criteria for judgment? How is it all handled?

Changes in concentration lead to changes in tower parameters such as temperature and pressure! The only solution is to stop the machine in order to reduce pressure on the equipment!
