Need a PID for a water spray tower

A spray tower needs to be added to the PID system in order to remove paint residues from the spraying exhaust gases. I have no prior experience with the design of spray towers, and I am not entirely clear about the design requirements for valves, pressure gauges, centrifugal pumps, and pipelines. Could you provide some relevant CAD drawings? Thank you!

There are no requirements regarding emissions; the owner mainly hopes to use water spraying to remove paint residues, thereby reducing the need to replace the filter cotton behind the water spraying tower
