Is it an automatic bottom cover machine, or a traditional manual one? If it’s automatic, then coking has occurred at the sealing area between the bottom cover machine and the coke tower
If it’s an automatic bottom cover machine, I think the failure to inject steam isn’t necessarily caused by coking; there’s no leakage of oil and gas, and on the contrary, the sealing is sufficient, so naturally the steam consumption is low
