What causes the temperature at the top of the vacuum tower to be higher than normal?

Could it be that the outlet temperature of the furnace is too high, causing an increase in the thermal reflux in Line 1? May I ask, fellow sailors, are there any other reasons?
Less heat is extracted through mid-section reflux, and less heat is extracted through top circulation.
1. Less heat is extracted from the middle section； 2. Poor gas-liquid contact in the packing section ； 3. The vacuum level increases. This is what I have experienced; it may not be everything.
