Seeking help: The project already features a semi-dry desulfurization system, and ozone denitration is required behind the induced draft fan, to be used in conjunction with an alkali scrubber. How should a conventional alkali scrubber be designed?
After ozone oxidation, it is generally washed and absorbed using an alkaline solution (such as NaOH). The configuration of the scrubber tower varies depending on the nitrogen oxide concentration: for low concentrations, a spray tower is sufficient, while for higher concentrations a packed tower is required.
