The process is as follows: vacuum tower top gas -> primary steam vacuum pump -> secondary steam vacuum pump -> water ring vacuum pump! Is the procedure to first complete the previous steps: start the water ring pump, then turn on the primary steam for vacuuming, and finally the secondary one? ? ?

Start the water ring pump first; once the pressure is stable, start the secondary vacuum pump. Generally, these two units are sufficient to meet the production requirements. The primary vacuum pump consumes a large amount of steam and has high energy consumption, so its use is determined based on the production needs – specifically, whether deeper vacuum levels are required.
When starting, it is always done from back to front, such as level 3, level 2, level 1.
