Just before people across the country celebrated the Spring Festival, on January 29, the largest diameter tower equipment of the Zhongke Refining and Chemical Project - the ethylene cracking unit quenching oil tower T-101 was successfully delivered to the construction site.
The T-101 quenching oil tower is one of the core equipment of the ethylene plant, with a diameter of 11.5 meters, a length of 46 meters, and a weight of 915 tons. How big is the waist circumference of this big fat tower with a large diameter? Lying down, it is as tall as a four-story residential building. It is the tower with the largest diameter among ethylene and oil refining units. Many ethylene projects do not have transportation conditions and can only build quench towers on site.
