What should be the pressure control for the catalytic stabilizer tower? How much needs to be mentioned?
The pressure in your catalytic stabilizer is really high; ours is only 0.98 MPa
Is the analysis excessive? All of the carbon dioxide ends up in the analysis gas, or is the non-condensable gas line at the top of the stabilizer tank kept open to relieve pressure?
Agree with the opinion above; check whether the safety valve is leaking, and verify that the non-condensable gas line is functioning properly
The reflux ratio is too low! It’s probably deep stabilizer operation! If the heat source at the bottom of the tower is insufficient, it can be adjusted through the reflux temperature! Increase the return flow! Keep the reflux ratio above 2.3! Increase the heat source at the bottom of the stabilizer! Ensure the vapor pressure is within specification! With such low pressure, the product quality cannot be guaranteed! Colleagues, monitor the dry gas quality! As long as the dry gas does not contain terpenes! The problem should still be in the stabilizer tower
1. Check whether the non-condensable gas pipeline is leaking. 2. Verify whether the temperature at the bottom of the stabilizer is too low. 3. Check whether the vapor pressure of the stabilized gasoline is within acceptable limits. 4. If there are no issues with the previous points, then consider whether excessive stripping could be the cause.
Over-analysis also leads to this phenomenon, right?
