How is the top reflux of the solvent regeneration tower established? The load on the equipment at our site is relatively low, and the tower top reflux has not been able to operate properly
For the regeneration tower, a reflux is established at the top; what specific values should be set for the top temperature, bottom temperature, and tower pressure?
By controlling the sulfur content in the lean liquid, the steam consumption can be kept at around 120 Kg/t; the temperature of the reflux tank is maintained at 40°C, while the temperature at the bottom of the tower ranges between 119–125°C – which should be sufficient
The key point is that the evaporation rate does decrease under such pressure; at the beginning of operation, the reflux tank needs to be filled to about 80% capacity. As the operating volume increases, the water supply should be gradually reduced until normal reflux can be maintained
Increase the load! Otherwise, even God cannot save you!
Operational fluctuations are large at low loads, and problems can arise if the equipment deviates from its operating conditions for an extended period of time. What type of equipment is used for the reflux pump at the top of the tower? Which one?
