I have a question: since the tower is insulated, does the vent valve at the top of the tower also need to be insulated? The towers are dry gas desulfurization towers and liquefied gas desulfurization towers. Thank you for the reply~
Is it necessary to insulate the safety valve? Since safety valves are usually installed in locations where no fluid flows, especially at the very top, where no liquid vaporizes, insulation is not required. If there is liquid in certain sections of this conduit where it exchanges heat with the atmosphere and vaporizes, insulation is required, for reference.

It generally does not provide insulation; if insulation is needed, it is only required before the valve (including the valve itself), and not after it.
