Looking for help with a form of tower internals I haven’t seen before

Please take a look, has anyone seen a tower like the one in the picture? I only know that there is a packing in the middle. I don’t have a diagram of the internal parts. I don’t understand how the vapor and liquid phases circulate. Please give me some advice. Thank you!
Never seen it before, I have relatively few tower designs.
