How to clean the overhead vapor line and vacuum system of a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit before its first operation? Thank you!
The atmospheric pressure tower top can be flushed with top reflux; the water can be retained in the reflux tank and vented, or the pump inlet flange can be removed at the acid water pump to drain it. When performing flushing under reduced pressure, I recommend disassembling the ejector to prevent welding slag from causing blockages
1. Flush the corresponding pipelines when pressurizing water for drainage； 2. During the startup steam purging and pressure testing, use steam to purge the pipelines ；
Use steam for airtight purging at the start of operation, and complete it in one go
