Reconstruction of the trays in the solvent regeneration tower

Dear experts, my company’s solvent regeneration tower needs to be upgraded – its capacity needs to be increased by 50%, with a diameter of 2000 mm; the tower is equipped with 23 layers of floating valve trays. Instead of replacing the entire tower shell, we only want to replace the trays with more efficient ones. What technology is available to meet this requirement? Thank you for the guidance!

It’s impossible unless there is some surplus in the original tower.
