It’s necessary to determine the specific cause: is it vacuum formation at the top of the fractionation tower, an increase in the temperature at the top of the fractionation tower, a high level in the separator, vacuum formation in the crude gasoline pump, or is it an artificial level reading?
Switch to the backup pump immediately, adjust the operation of the absorption stabilization system, and finally identify the cause of the evacuation.
Based solely on the symptoms, it is possible that the pump inlet is blocked, assuming that instrument issues are ruled out.
