On the afternoon of December 26, the Production Technology Department organized an environmental protection inspection team to conduct a final inspection of the environmental protection facilities installed as part of the 150,000 tons per year nitro compound fertilizer granulation tower renovation project. The acceptance team carefully reviewed the project’s environmental impact assessment report and the approval comments from the environmental protection authorities. It inspected on-site the implementation of various pollution control measures required by the environmental impact assessment, and conducted a thorough examination of aspects such as the scale and layout of the project construction, the production processes and waste discharge, the design and operation of environmental protection facilities, as well as the construction of auxiliary facilities supporting the main project. The team also carefully examined whether the enterprise’s trial production records demonstrated the production capacity required for acceptance, as well as the settings for air and noise monitoring points, the monitoring parameters used, and the conclusions drawn from the monitoring. By reviewing relevant documents and conducting on-site inspections, the acceptance team held a thorough discussion on the acceptance report and concluded that the project has basically met the requirements outlined in the environmental impact assessment report and the approval decisions regarding environmental protection. All pollution control measures have been implemented as required, the monitoring parameters are complete, the monitoring methods are appropriate, and the monitoring results meet the specified standards; therefore, the team agreed to approve the project in terms of environmental protection requirements.
