aspen simulates a distillation column, the cycle never converges

This post was last edited by ∞ on 2020-6-18 16:10. The ethanol-water distillation tower requires a product concentration of 94.5% for ethanol at the top of the tower. The cycle never converges. The aspen file is uploaded to the attachment. Thank you for your help.
Try setting initial values for circular logistics.
94.5 wt %? 94.5 vol %? What physical property equation is used?
I didn’t see the attachment, so I don’t know what’s going on.

Try changing the number of cycles. Also tell you what version you are using, and also use the compressed form of bkp file.
It has been modified, and it has not converged even after 200 modifications. The version is v10, and the bkp file is also uploaded to * * in the post.
