There is now a tower with a DN800 diameter, without equipment flanges, and the cylinder length is approximately 40 meters. How should it be supported? It is placed in a frame and supported by ear mounts; the NBT 47065.5 rigid ring supports are used, but their allowable vertical load is only 170 KN, which is already exceeded by the weight of the equipment in use. Moreover, seismic forces and wind loads have not been taken into account. If skirt support is used with a skirt height of 7m, the wall thickness will be very thick, and it will also be difficult to determine the size of the anchor bolts required. Has anyone encountered a similar situation? How did you handle it? Seeking help from experts
