When operating the gear pump, be sure to open the inlet and outlet, or open some backflow, to prevent pressure holding. The medium is crude oil or has a high viscosity, so it should be preheated in advance, otherwise pressure holding may occur. Confirm the motor direction before starting the pump for the first time.
