A Roots blower, also known as a Roots air compressor, is a type of positive-displacement rotary blower that uses three vane rotors moving relative to each other within cylinders to compress and transport gas. This type of blower has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture; it is suitable for gas transfer and pressurization in low-pressure applications, and can also be used as a vacuum pump. During the use of rotary vane blowers, we always encounter various problems, which arise suddenly and catch us off guard. Today, I prepared a flowchart for the maintenance process of Roots blowers; it presents the maintenance steps in a graphical format, avoiding the clutter of lengthy text and making things easy to understand at a glance!
