The pump stops operating intermittently

Our company has a centrifugal spray pump used in the vacuum system, and occasionally a red fault alarm appears when it is started. This issue persists even after swapping the control cabinet with that of another pump; please give us some advice! (The motor insulation is all in order; I’m from a process engineering background and not an expert in electrical matters, so I’m seeking some guidance.)

From an electrical perspective, there may be a problem with the switch, or the pump might not have three-phase balance, meaning there could be an issue with the load. Insulation issues of cables and pumps with respect to ground. Is the power supply unstable?
