Help: Reasons for no flow when starting a centrifugal pump.

A centrifugal pump – after it was installed by the customer, no flow was produced when it was turned on; however, flow was achieved when a different pump head was used. Could you please help me analyze the possible reasons for this situation?
The introduction wasn’t clear; what size pump is it? Is there current when the pump is started? What materials? Wait
What kind of pump? A regular centrifugal pump or a magnetic pump? If it’s a magnetic pump, check whether the magnetic coupler has disengaged. If it is a regular centrifugal pump, check whether the impeller is installed.
In a regular centrifugal pump, of course there is an impeller. . .
The model is IH80-50-315, and the material being transported is wastewater containing a small amount of waste oil, not much. Therefore, a centrifugal pump is used.
I checked carefully; the customer purchased an IH80-50-315 pump, which is supposed to be equipped with a 7.5kw-4P motor. Now the customer has installed a 7.5kw-2P motor instead. I wonder if this is the reason

You wrote above that only the pump head was replaced, not that the entire pump was replaced.
Imagine, if this pump is equipped with a 7.5kw-2P motor, will the pump rotate? Is any water coming out?
