Several high-pressure piston pumps in our company experience excessive current flow on a regular basis. We have stopped them for inspection several times without finding any problems, yet the issue of excessive current persists. Usually, things return to normal after waiting a while after the excess current occurs, and the motors do not show any significant heating.:
I’m hoping someone can answer this question. Previously, our workplace had a vacuum pump, and the current consumption was always too high; we were unable to resolve that issue.
