The reciprocating pump is leaking severely – what’s the cause?

It’s the area indicated by the arrow; that is, one of the small tubes has heavy water output, one doesn’t have any output, while the others have heavy output?
Oh, I didn’t read your question carefully. Sorry. This situation requires an autopsy. There may be a problem with the check valve inside the engine; it could be an issue with the water pipes, the check valve itself, the piston rings, or foreign objects. A disassembly inspection is required. This disassembly is not complicated; just consider it as maintenance. For reference.
That copper pipe carries the plunger cooling water, which is used to cool the packing and for lubrication. As for the leakage, it’s likely that the connection of the copper pipe is faulty; tighten it first. If the leakage persists, then the connection needs to be replaced
Is it a joint leak or a plunger leak? The plunger leakage requires disassembly for inspection; the plunger rod, packing ring, and packing copper sleeve may all be worn out
If water is leaking at the arrow, it should be around the clamp. It is possible that the copper pipe has suffered lateral deformation, or that its insertion depth is insufficient, or that the clamps are damaged; in such cases, the pump needs to be stopped before the component can be taken apart for inspection
Check the copper pipe joints if there is a leak in the cooling copper pipes
