A drain pump valve is a lever float-type drain valve that is capable of performing negative-pressure drainage (with the inlet pressure being lower than the outlet pressure). This is its main feature that sets it apart from ordinary lever float-type drain valves. It is precisely because of this feature that it is widely used in condensate recovery systems and for temperature control via control valves, in situations where condensate tends to stagnate. Both the inlet and outlet of its medium are equipped with one-way check valves. When the medium enters the valve body, the lever float inside is gradually lifted; once it reaches a certain height, the interlocking mechanism within the valve body closes the exhaust port, opens the drainage port, and activates the pressure inlet. By means of driving pressure (steam, compressed air, or other insoluble gases), negative-pressure water drainage is achieved, that is, water is drained from a lower pressure area to a higher pressure area. When the water inside the valve body is drained, the float drops, and the linkage mechanism within the valve body opens the exhaust port, closes the drainage port, and opens the pressure inlet; the medium then enters the valve body through this inlet. Enter the next loop. The highest delivery pressure achievable in the world today is 1.05 MPa, while the highest delivery temperature is 185 degrees Celsius.
