Effect of increased ejector flow pressure in steam jet pumps

Our company currently has steam mixed jet pumps, which combine medium-pressure steam at 4 MPa with low-pressure steam at 0.8 MPa to produce steam at 1.2 MPa. Now, the pressure of the low-pressure steam has increased while its flow rate has decreased. What could be the reason for this? What are the precautions when operating a injector?
It might be the high pressure difference; the high-pressure steam forces the low-pressure steam to stop flowing. Is it considered to add a storage tank before the mixed injection pump to allow the steam to mix first?
Is it an error on the instrument? With low pressure, the pressure should be higher and the flow rate should increase.
I’ll have a technician come to check it tomorrow; I suspect it’s the same problem, but the flow meter disappears for a while every few days
