The reason is that after eliminating the upper and lower openings, the upper and lower openings will not change when you eliminate the left and right openings. If you adjust the left and right first, the horizontal direction will change when you adjust the height, and you will have to redo the adjustment of the horizontal defense line. The second question: When the coupling is connected and then aligned, the two shafts can rotate synchronously, which can eliminate the deviation caused by wheel runout. The third problem: Simultaneous changes in the two tables indicate that the motor is moving horizontally without any deviation. This may be because there is a gap in your top wire or the top wire is elastic. It is recommended that you loosen the top wire No. 2, tighten the No. 1 top wire by hand, tighten the No. 4 top wire, and put a dial indicator on the foot to observe the movement. Under normal circumstances, do not use the top wires at both ends when adjusting the level. Only use the top wires at both ends to make appropriate adjustments when the distance between the couplings is inappropriate.
