High-temperature condensate pump seal water

This post was last edited by hai8487 on 2017-8-9 at 11:03. The seal water for the high-temperature condensate pump is supplied by boiler feed water at 8.1 MpaG. During operation, leaks were frequently observed at the pressure gauge connections before and after the pressure regulators for the seal water (without root valves); there is one pressure regulator for each pressure level. The only solution is to stop the pump in order to address the issue. Is there any good way to solve this problem? Please share your ideas. What’s the situation? Is there no organization to address this issue?
There is a problem with the threaded connection of the four ports on the pressure gauge; it needs to be remanufactured
