Sealing fluid forced circulation pump

Everyone, has anyone seen a forced circulation pump installed in the mechanical seal isolation fluid circulation circuit? Its main purpose is to enhance the circulation of the sealing fluid.
It is used in sealed flushing systems; for pumps with low rotation speeds, such as those below 1450 rpm, or for tanks used to seal mixers, a circulation pump can be installed to enhance circulation. Relying solely on thermal siphonage and the sealed pumping effect may not provide adequate buffering/isolation for the liquid circulation.
This is too common! There are tons of refineries!

Is this that difficult? Maybe it’s because of the high pressure
A circulation pump costs over 50,000 dollars…… I really want to have them manufactured domestically; when such pumps break down, they can’t even be repaired……
