Why does a metering pump stop delivering fluid after a while? The phenomenon is that the outlet pressure cannot be built up.
Check valves, clogged filters, etc； Insufficient hydraulic oil ； Non-oil valve failure ； The low set pressure of the safety valve causes the hydraulic oil to flow back ； Seal leakage of the piston rod, etc.
Insufficient hydraulic oil; the refilling valve failed to replenish it in time； The inlet valve is leaking or the filter screen is clogged
What does it mean not to size someone up? What type of metering pump are you referring to? A mechanical diaphragm pump? Plunger pump? Still a hydraulic diaphragm pump?
There are impurities in the medium or gas is likely to be generated. Air has entered the hydraulic oil system.
