This is the motor end bearing of the TRF reducer, 6009-2Z, which is used on the mixer. The mixing seal form was changed two days ago, and then it started to make abnormal noises within two days of normal operation. When I took it apart, I found that the dust cover of the bearing had fallen off, and the balls inside were also worn. This is the first picture. Then they all were replaced with new ones, and after more than two days of installation, the same problem appeared again. Can anyone help me analyze the possible reasons?

The bearing is obviously under heavy shock load, and the beads and slides are chewed. The second picture shows vertical installation. The single-end support of the helical gear shaft will cause the bearing to be subject to a large radial force. It is better to install two tapered roller bearings in this position. In addition, the oil level and oil sight glass are not visible. Make sure that the lubricating oil can immerse the bearing. Also, the rigid connection between the mixing and reducer output shafts cannot be loosened.

There are two upper and lower bearings. Only the lower one has been ground. There is a gap between the two bearings and the snap ring separates it.
Caused by excessive load, there is mutual force between the two sets of bearings during installation, resulting in excessive axial force on the lower bearing during operation.
