Dear all**, I would like to ask how to purge a diaphragm pump? Should the pump be stopped and purged with compressed nitrogen, or must it be in operation to be purged?
There are many types of diaphragm pumps; which type is it?

So, does a diaphragm pump need to be purged, and how is it purged?
If the purging control of a diaphragm pump is not proper, it can easily damage the diaphragm; you want to replace the medium, right?
Just replace it with water a few more times, and that’s it.
Replacing it with clean water is sufficient; there’s no need for purging
