I received a report that a pipeline pump had no pressure for repair. I was shocked after taking it apart. The impeller was missing. It must have been broken into pieces and sucked away. The motor shaft was ground and deformed, and the shaft key disappeared. There are currently no parts to replace after delivery.
It should be that the inspection is not in place, the impeller lock nut is loose and falls off, causing the impeller to be broken.
