Are the instruments supplied as part of the pump kit installed before leaving the factory or installed on-site after arrival?

I would like to ask my colleagues: Are the instruments that come as part of the pump package installed by the manufacturer before shipment and then supplied together, or are they installed on site after the delivery?
It mainly depends on whether there are any precision or fragile components! Some instruments are even more expensive than pumps; this order can be discussed with the buyer!
This isn’t a problem, right? The goal is simply that it works well after installation on site. It’s clear in the contract who is responsible for the installation. Large manufacturers need someone to come and coordinate on-site.
Under normal circumstances, the instruments within the pump base area are installed before leaving the factory and supplied along with the pump. If the instrument is highly precise, expensive, or prone to damage during transportation, it can be removed and packaged separately, to be reinstalled once the conditions on site permit. The base is generally supplied separately and installed on-site.
