This highly efficient and intelligent submersible pump for concentrated sulfuric acid is a single-stage, single-suction, axially-inflowing, radially-separated submersible centrifugal pump. It is suitable for use in systems for transporting sulfuric acid, as well as in processes such as sulfur-based acid production, waste acid recovery, acid production from zinc and lead ores, and acid production from flue gas. It can handle sulfuric acid with a temperature of ≤120°C and a concentration of 93%–98%, or fuming sulfuric acid with a concentration of ≥105%. The pump can operate at a pressure of 2.0 MPa, with a flow rate of 3520 cubic meters per hour, and its head capacity reaches 120 meters. This pump utilizes a number of proprietary technologies developed by Jiahe Technology, enabling it to achieve a power savings rate of 20%-50%, which is superior to the **first-level energy efficiency standard. It features energy and carbon reduction, intelligent upgrades, long operational life, and maintenance-free operation for customers. It has been awarded titles such as **Key New Product**, **Excellent Patent Award**, and Yunnan Province’s Single Champion Product, and has also been included in lists of **key cases for the application of energy-saving technologies** as well as **recommended products for energy-saving and carbon-reduction technologies and equipment**. It is understood that the high-temperature concentrated sulfuric acid submersible pump was developed by Jiahe Technology as early as the 1990s. From the successful use of the first high-temperature sulfuric acid submersible pump, the JHB400-30, in Yunnan in 1998, to the replacement of imported pumps with the large-scale high-temperature concentrated sulfuric acid submersible pump JHB1400-22 in 2004, thereby filling a gap in domestic production; from the successful commissioning of a world’s largest sulfur-based sulfuric acid production project in Indonesia in 2023, to the use of the world’s most high-flow concentrated sulfuric acid submersible pump, the JHB2300-24; and then the acquisition of China’s first carbon-neutral pump certification in June 2022 – Jiahe Technology’s efficient and intelligent high-temperature concentrated sulfuric acid submersible pumps have undergone continuous technical upgrades, paving a path of independent innovation in the field of special industrial pumps.
