Can a diaphragm pump be used to pump mud?

It is the relatively viscous mud in the picture. I have asked some pump manufacturers, some said it can be pumped with a pneumatic diaphragm pump, and some said it cannot be pumped. Now I am not sure. I sent it to Haichuan for help. Can this kind of mud be pumped with a pneumatic diaphragm pump? Can you move?
I don’t have much contact with diaphragm pumps, but I don’t think it’s possible.
The pump should be able to pump, but using an ordinary diaphragm will definitely not last long. Why not consider a mud pump?

You can try the kind of hose pump that pumps cement.
A diaphragm pump should not be able to pump purely precipitated mud. If there is a scraper stirring underneath, the water and mud should be able to be pumped. Our sedimentation tank uses a diaphragm pump to discharge mud.
It is recommended to find a manufacturer or supplier of diaphragm pumps, submersible sewage pumps, and slurry pumps, and ask them to provide technical support. All three types of pumps are available. It is recommended to consider a slurry pump (high cost, low installation location, long service life).
Be prepared to change the diaphragm once a day.
I have used a diaphragm pump to pump mud before and it is easy to get clogged. If the mud is clogged, dilute it with clean water and pump it again.
The diaphragm pump can be pumped. When we pump it, it will be very dry and the pump will be slow. If you want to pump it quickly, add water and stir it. It will be thinner and easier to pump.
