After the magnetic pump is shut down (the time varies; sometimes it’s 1–2 minutes, other times it’s over 10 minutes), the pressure drops suddenly to 0, with no flow. At the same time as the pressure drops, the pump emits an unusual noise
It might be a process-related issue, with the inlet filter clogged? ? ? A guess, for reference only.
It vaporized, filling the pump chamber with gas, which prevented it from functioning. Don’t let it rotate for more than half a minute, or you might damage the magnetic cylinder
It should be cavitation; reduce the feed temperature

After starting the pump, the outlet valve should be opened as soon as possible to prevent heat from accumulating in the isolation sleeve and within the pump itself; otherwise, the temperature inside the pump will rise sharply, causing the liquid inside to vaporize, which ultimately leads to demagnetization
It seems that the equipment is operating beyond its design capacity, with demagnetization of the magnets occurring on-site; When the magnet is demagnetized, a significant amount of noise is generated due to the change in magnetic field, and abnormal vibration should also occur ; Once the device is reset, it can function normally again
