The last post was asking for books to get started with water pumps. I’ve been in this field for almost half a year now, but I only know a little bit about the basic aspects – really just the surface level stuff. I have no idea how to prepare independent quotes on my own, or how to acquire new clients to secure orders; all I do is make calls and add people on WeChat day after day. This state is really stressful; I’m not sure if it’s because I’m too eager to see results. Whenever I get inspired, I always think about putting in extra effort and working hard to learn*. Over time, one becomes lazy; even reminding oneself from time to time would help. I have no idea at all – I don’t even know what I should do or how I can grow! ! !
Don’t rush; it’s only been half a year. . . . Take your time
Sometimes it’s just luck! When luck comes, nothing can stop it. Accumulate more knowledge in daily life, so as to avoid the situation where one regrets not having enough knowledge when it’s needed, and not realizing how difficult things are until they’re faced. Calm down. It’s all achieved through patience over time. I have been in the pump industry for 10 years

Lay a solid foundation, observe more and do more; through long-term accumulation, growth is slow, but the changes are significant.
Since one is in sales, it’s necessary to conduct thorough market research and understand the entire process, so that projects can be carried out later on.
A 10-year veteran. Apart from construction sites where water pumps are used extensively, in what other areas should I look for opportunities, and which industry professionals should I get in touch with?
First of all, it’s three years without opening: lol
