Have there been any changes in the pump’s operating parameters? Has the condition of the motor bearings and the alignment of the couplings been checked? In which direction does the vibration increase? Which end experiences increased vibration?
Vibrations caused by deviations during installation and assembly. If the levelness of the pump body and thrust bearings, as well as the verticality of the water lift pipe, are out of spec after installation, it will cause vibration in the pump body; moreover, these three control values are interrelated to some extent. After the pump body is installed, the suction pipe and the pump head (excluding the filter screen) are suspended in mid-air. If the verticality of the suction pipe is too poor, it will inevitably cause severe vibrations in the suction pipe and the shaft during the operation of the double-suction pump. The turbulent flow of water generates irregular pulsations; coupled with the obstruction caused by various valves, local resistance increases, leading to changes in momentum and pressure. These forces act on the pipe walls and the pump body, causing vibrations, which can be observed through the pulsations in the readings of the pressure gauge. The pulsating pressure and velocity fields in turbulence continuously transfer energy to the pump body; when the dominant frequency of the turbulence is close to the natural frequency of the horizontal split-case pump system, the system absorbs energy and experiences vibration.
Check the alignment of the coupler, as well as the wear condition of the buffer blocks and buffer rings; Check whether the foundation bolts are loose ; Check the opening degree of the inlet valve and whether it is damaged ; Has foreign matter entered the impeller, causing imbalance or similar issues?

Unbalanced and out of alignment? There are many reasons for vibration; with so little information provided, everyone can only guess.
