The water ring vacuum pump is vibrating abnormally; mechanical faults have been ruled out – what other possible causes could there be?
Improper operation, changes in process medium!
The temperature of the working fluid is too high, and there is air in the working fluid
The valve disc is broken; the vibration caused by a broken valve disc on one side is particularly noticeable
Has the current increased? What is the vacuum level? If the vibration is severe, the current increases and the vacuum level drops; it may be a problem with the one-way exhaust valve
